For Maryland residents:
You must fill out an application and register with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) before scheduling a consultation. The cost is $50. You will need a valid email account, social security number, valid government issued photo ID, and proof of residence in MD for the application. After receiving approval from the MMCC you may schedule a consultation for certification to receive your MMCC patient ID card. For Virginia Residents:
For Virginia residents, you must first schedule a consultation to obtain written certification for cannabis products. Then you may submit an application to the VA Board of Pharmacy to obtain your medical cannabis card. The fee is $50. There are no specific qualifying conditions in VA. You will need to provide a copy of the certification, proof of residency with government issued ID or tax receipt, and proof of identity/age with ID or birth certificate. For DC residents
